1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
All Advinox products come with a 7-day replacement guarantee. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- The return request must be raised within the 7-day window.
3. How to initiate a return?
1. Email our support team at returns@advinox.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence of the defect/issue.
2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
3. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.
4. Quality Check and Processing
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check. If the product passes the check (verifying the defect), we will dispatch a replacement immediately. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon delivery.
