1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): ₹99 (Free on orders over ₹999)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): ₹199
- Next Day Delivery (Metro areas only): ₹299
3. Local Delivery & Store Pickup
Currently, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. All orders are dispatched via our logistics partners directly to your provided shipping address.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of India. We are working on expanding our logistics network to serve international customers soon.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also use the 'Track Order' link in our website footer.
6. Damages
Advinox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
