1. General Return Policy
At Advinox, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Items Not Eligible
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or bulk customized wire lengths.
- Products that have been installed or altered.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
